SpiceJax started in a Jacksonville kitchen with a simple idea: make everyday cooking more flavorful. We hand-mix our blends in small batches, with clear ingredients and no fillers.

We started blending for friends, family and whoever was standing near the grill. The rule was the same then as it is now: if it doesn't make the food better, it doesn't go in the jar.
We build each blend around a distinct flavor, from rich chiles to sweet honey and smoky spices. Then we taste, adjust, and pack it by hand.
Today our collection runs from sweet and smoky to bold and hot. Each blend is still hand-mixed here in Jacksonville and shipped nationwide.
