Rates

Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, no matter how many jars you stack in the cart. Once your subtotal reaches $35, shipping is free and the cart will tell you the moment you cross the line.

Processing time

Blends are mixed and packed in small batches, so orders leave the kitchen within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start processing the next business day.

You'll get a confirmation email right after checkout and a second email with tracking as soon as the label scans.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, standard delivery runs 3–5 business days inside the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada typically take a few days longer.

Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee. Weather and peak-season backups can add a day or two — if your tracking hasn't moved in five business days, write us and we'll chase it down.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and to Canada. Canadian orders may be charged duties or import fees by the carrier on delivery; those are set by customs and aren't included in your order total.

Wrong address or a package that never showed

Double-check your address at checkout: once a label is printed we can't reroute it. If you catch a mistake right away, email us within an hour of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships.

If tracking says delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll make it right.

Damaged in transit

Spice jars are tough but shipping isn't gentle. If anything arrives cracked, crushed or leaking, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it — you won't need to ship anything back.
